 My story "The Little Death," which appeared in Celluloid Crimes has been chosen by Michael Bracken and S.J. Rozan for inclusion in Best Private Eye Stories of 2026.  Ain't that cool!

The Cop Who Liked Gilbert and Sullivan reprinted

 Today is the thirtieth birthday of the Short Mystery Fiction Society and to celebrate it Josh Pachter has edited and Level Short published HOT SHOTS, featuring one Derringer Award winner from each year.  I am delighted that one of my three winners made it in: "The Cop Who Liked Gilbert and Sullivan."
