This week brings the publication of The Misadventures of  Nero Wolfe, edited by Josh Pachter and published by Mysterious Press.  I am honored to have my story "The Damned Doorbell Rang" in the book.  My salute to Rex Stout and his great characters, who had a huge influence on my life.
